We’ve been on the road so much the last few days it’s been difficult to get to a computer!  I should have a bit of downtime in the next few days, however, in New York.  Since my last post, we’ve traveled through N. Carolina, Virginia, (Maryland), Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

In Pennsylvania, we drove through Amish Country.  The only sign of the Amish was a horse and buggy passing through an intersection we were stopped at.  Bizarre.

We stayed in Atlantic City last night, which, to be blunt, doesn’t have much going for it, unless you’re a fan of  seediness and gambling.  On the other side of the coin, we visited Princeton yesterday, which, to be blunt, had a lot going for it, especially in terms of architecture (pictures to come).  New Jersey breaks even so far.

Favorite New Jersey joke:

Q.:  Why are New Yorkers so depressed all the time?

A.:  The light at the end of the tunnel is New Jersey.
